Sometimes the product isn't as perfect as we hoped. The defect does not significantly affect the use of the product, but it isn't visually attractive enough to sell at a standard price.
Given that most products are still fit for purpose, we created a DEFECTIVE ITEMS SALE section in our website. In this section, you can buy defective products for a lower price. Each defected product is not photographed individually, so you can see below what defects to expect when purchasing a defected product.
POSSIBLE DEFECTS FOR CANDLES

- There are cracks in the wax melts;
- The wax has frosted too much (ice flower pattern) or the surface is uneven;
- Other wax or packaging defects.
POSSIBLE DEFECTS FOR WAX BURNERS
- Scratches in the material;
- Underworked material;
- Unsuccessfully applied paint;
- The wax burner is not stable, on the surface it slightly moves.

- Scratches in material, dents;
- Underworked material;
- Unsuccessfully applied paint.
IMPORTANT
Products purchased at the defective items sale section also have a 14-day right of return. The right of return can only be used if the product has not been used and is returned in exactly the same condition as received.
