RECEIVING ORDER IN PARCEL MACHINE IN LATVIA
Go to the locker shown in the Omniva text message, mark "Receive the package" in the screen and enter the pick up code shown in the text message. The package is stored for 7 calendar days from the moment the first text pick up message is sent. It is not possible to extend the storage period. If the package is not picked up, it is sent back to the seller.
IMPORTANT! In cases where the selected parcel machine is full, the Omniva courier service has the right to transfer the package to the nearest free Omniva parcel machine without warning. During active periods of the year, we suggest You to choose parcel machines that are not so busy to receive the parcel as soon as possible.
