HOW FAST IS THE DELIVERY?
In Latvia 2-5 business days after successful payment of the order, in Estonia and Lithuania it is 3-6 business days. Orders for pick up in Baltezers are completed within 3 business days. Internationally 5-40 days.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST?
WHY I DON’T RECEIVE DELIVERY MESSAGE?
If you do not receive a delivery notification, the most common reason is incorrect contact information. Contact us and we'll find out the status.
CAN I PAY AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
Payment at the time of delivery is not possible. All payments must be made using the payment methods shown in the order completing section.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE ANYWHERE?
We only have an e-store available right now. But pre-paid orders can be picked up at Baltezers, Suknu stacijas street.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES IN MY ORDER?
Each case is handled individually based on the order status. If you want to make changes, contact us via e-mail [email protected] and specify the order number.
ARE ITEMS IN SHOPPING CART RESERVED FOR ME?
No, items in the shopping cart are not reserved. They are reserved only when the payment is successful and you receive order confirmation.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes. The customer has the right to return all order or parts of the order within 14 days after receiving it and receive a refund. After 14 days you can't use the right of return.
HOW TO RETURN MY ORDER?
Fill out the return form and send the items to Omniva parcel machine in Adazi, shopping mall ''Apelsīns'', Rigas gatve 5, Latvia, LV2164. Customer pays for the return.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE DEFECTED ITEMS?
Contact us immediately via email [email protected], specifying the order number, and adding images of the item you received.
HOW TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND HOW FAST YOU RETURN MONEY?
Send the message to the [email protected] with the order number. If the order isn't shipped yet, you will receive a cash refund ASAP, but no later than within 14 days. If the order was shipped out, we'll make a money return within 14 days since the day package returned to our warehouse. If the order was already shipped, the delivery amount is not refunded to the customer.
HOW FAST DO YOU RETURN MONEY FOR RETURNED ITEM?
A returned shipment reaches our warehouse in 5 days. When the package arrives, we send an email to the customer. Payment will be be made at the first opportunity, but not later than within 14 days from the moment when the goods have been received in the warehouse. Payment is made to the bank account from which the customer used to pay for the order.
HOW TO PACKAGE THE ORDER I WANT TO RETURN?
The items must be packed in such a way that they are not damaged during shipping and the packaging does not open. We recommend that you return the product in the same packaging you received it. When using the right of return, the product can't be used or damaged, the original packaging must be preserved. When you return a package, you must remove old shipping stickers.
WHAT IF I NOTICE A DEFECT WHILE USING ITEM?
If the defect appears during use and the item does not meet customer requirements, fill the defect form and send the item to our warehouse. We will check the application and provide a response within 2 weeks.
HOW FAST DO YOU RETURN MONEY FOR DEFECTED ITEM?
Money is returned within 14 business days from the moment when the defect application has been examined and the client has received a conclusion. If you chose to change the item, you will receive the new item within 14 days since the conclusion.
CAN I MAKE AN EXHANGE WHEN I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, if you didn't like the product you received, the exchange won't be available, but you can place a new order and return unwanted items. The payment for the returned order cannot be redirected to the new order.

HOW TO ADD A CARD TO MY ORDER?
You can find cards in the FOR GIFTS section. If you want to write your greeting yourself, choose a card with no text. If you want to use one of the options we've prepared, choose the card with text and add all necessary information in the order completing section comment field.
HOW TO CORRECTLY ADD INFORMATION ABOUT THE GREETING CARD?
If you choose a card with text, read the description of the card carefully. Some will only need the name of the recipient, other cards will require additional information. Add all necessary information in the order completing section comment field.
